Abstract | Missions of firefighters are overwhelmed by emergency medical service. As calls growing day by day. Medical records we write on paper in traditional way is out of the swim while all kinds of files are moving to the cloud and paperless. If we switch medical records into electronic operation, combine with dispatch system, navigation, video and transmission of vital signs including complete EKG. Upload and integrate information immediately. This will make it more easier to share information between fire branches, command center and hospitals. Improve quality of EMS system by accelerate reaction time and alleviate workload of firefighters. Therefore, taking New Taipei City Fire Department for example since October, 2019. In the study, SPSS statistical package software was used as an analysis tool. Discuss satisfaction of EMTs obtains conclusion : People whose job tenure from 0 to 5 years are more satisfied with injury drawing than whose job tenure from 5 to 10. Paramedics are more satisfied with injury drawing than EMT-2. System stability is better in whose calls average 200~300 than over 300. Weekly training doesnˇ¦t affect user experience, and user experience doesnˇ¦t influences by users whether they are specially or not. Based on the above conclusions, make suggestions on improving this system in the future. |
