| Abstract | Domestic fire firefighter emergency decree has expressly prescribed turnout time limit out of emergency service. According the article: "to the fire alarm sounded out until people and vehicles leaving the team , during the day 80 sec within, 120 sec in the night. "but in Taiwan,countys fire authorities did not adjust the time in response to the different design of fire department buildings and different kind of events, many old Buildings in earlier era would have been still in use, was not considered the attendance moving lines had done a more careful planning, so that when firefighters attendance, because the spatial planning and moving line is bad, cause turnout time delayed, resulting in great pressure to firefighters. In this study , collected five fire department in Yilan County within the buildings data,analyze the relations between interior space design and turnout time of moving lines, and interviews with the firefighters, to understand the actual use situation and encounter problems, then experimentally test the moving speed of attendance, final results are summarized and analyzed more suitable for use by the fire department design directions,then make recommendations advising the fire department next design. |
