| Abstract | Every successful resue always integrate with self-training ¡Bpractice¡Bexperience and judgement. Drowning resue is one of the duty of a fireman. Due to lack of diring eguipment and pressonnel in the past,firemaen used to search by boats or do a visual search by the riverside when doing drowning duty. In recent years,constantly drowing has aroused wide public concern by the society and the media. Drowning actually not only causes casualties but also shatters a family. Therefore,it is needed to build up a set of process. If I could set up a safe efficient and fast procedure for drowning rescue duty, not only would it srve more time, manpouer and resources, bot also ensure the safty of firemem when on duty. There is no authorities that is specialize in managing waters currently,and drowming cannot be done by any single angency independently. Hence, It is needed to combine eith high tech product such as fish finder or write a report in order to reduce the dispute with public. The motiration of the research is to improve the current problem by analyzing drowning duty which happened duning 2011 to 2014. I hope I could make an influence on improring drowning duty in the precordition of safty of the fireman. |
