Abstract | With the rapid development of economy and metropolitan infrastructures and diverse usage and M-shaped development of the land, urban activities have became concentrated in certain areas resulting in an imbalanced urban development. Due to fact that buildings in urban areas are rising taller, a large number of population concentration and composite -style home furnishings (decorations), resulting the types of fire in modern urban areas to be more complex and diverse. In case of the narrow alleys operations, the fire trucks couldnˇ¦t arrive at the scene in time due to the environment causing delays in the rescue operation, resulting in the loss of lives and damage of properties. This article uses New Taipei City Yingge distract as an example, then uses fire incidents occurred in the year 2011 to 2013 as target of analysis, then use the data obtained from Disaster Prevention and Relief Organizations to further evaluate the reason of cause in different areas, to increase the efficiency of evaluation the need of the rescue operation and prioritize the equipment to be dispatched based on the need of the operation.
