| Abstract | Abstract This study was designed to investigate the Changhua County firefighters field variables of different backgrounds (less need to perform fire safety inspections of the special unit personnel) to perform fire safety inspections degree of job stress and job satisfaction and the relevant circumstances. In this study, based on literature review for the study was to investigate, and then develop the questionnaire. Currently Changhua County actually engaged in fire safety checks totaling 265 firefighters field, as a parent group, using random sampling, a total of 200 questionnaires distributed, 200 questionnaires meter parts. After the questionnaires aggregated data, the number of times distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent-Samples T test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson product moment correlation analysis and other statistical methods. According to research purposes, synthesizes research results are as follows: 1. Yilan County firefighters to perform fire safety inspections feel work pressure high degree genus (M = 4.15). 2. Yilan County firefighters to perform fire safety inspections feel a moderate level of job satisfaction (M = 3.36). 3. the years of 16 years of Changhua County firefighters to perform fire safety inspections feel high job stress level. 4. young persons, more seniority of Changhua County firefighters to perform fire safety inspections feel high job satisfaction. 5.Changhua County firefighters between the fire safety inspection of the implementation of job stress and job satisfaction has a negative correlation.
