Abstract |
Due to the impact of the epidemic, Taiwan's hospitality industry is currently facing fierce competition for survival. Therefore, how to improve mindfulness, psychological resilience, and subjective well-being is particularly important. The results showed that the mindfulness traits of have a significant positive effect on subjective well-being, mindfulness traits have a significant positive effect on psychological resilience, psychological resilience has a significant positive effect on subjective well-being, and psychological resilience mediated the relationship between mindfulness traits and subjective well-being. |
