Abstract |
As everyone knows, the behavioral characteristics of employees in an enterprise have a profound impact on the management of the enterprise. Regarding the existing employee characteristics, how to conduct education and training to improve employee behavior and improve the performance of business processes is a topic worthy of study. Employee traits can be divided into careless and attentive, but companies cannot guarantee that the recruited employees are attentive traits. Therefore, education and training can be used to improve employee traits and transform them from careless to attentive traits. However, education and training often incur costs, which vary from person to person. This article proposes a new method that can be used to analyze the education and training of improving employee characteristics, and at the same time consider the training cost to achieve the most suitable situation. To illustrate this method, this article also proposes a numerical example to illustrate how to use this method. |
