Abstract | Abstract The purpose of the study was to discuss the declaration rate difference before and after implementing declaration installments and classification system for examination and maintenance of fire safety.This is based on Zhonghe and Yonghe District A-class declaration cases in 2016-2019 to do rate and cases comparison analysis between before and after implementation. In order to know the impact factors on declaration rate,it was conducted discussions on relevant regulations and interviews with experts. It was found that the fire declaration rate has been greatly increased, and the fire declaration rate has been greatly increased after implementing declaration installments and classification system for examination and maintenance of fire safety. However, it was also found that A-Class, places category 5 - Restaurants, did not have significant effects on this system, so it can be additionally improved for the declaration of restaurants. With continuous change of the times, and the direction of the industry, declaration installments and classification system for examination and maintenance of fire safety needs to be modified according to the time and place, then it can be implemented. More importantly, let the managers of each site understand the real purpose of the system, so that they can pay more attention to the maintenance and management of fire safety equipment in their own business places. |
