Title | Simulation of Hazard Risk Assessment of Toxic Chemical Substance Operation Sites in Wugu DistrictĄANew Taipei City | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | Toxic chemical substances, according to "Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Management Law", have been announced to list 340 kinds of substances, in various industries, especially in the electronics industry, manufacturing, laboratories and other processes or inspection procedures will be used. In terms of the concept of health risk assessment, the human body's exposure to toxic chemicals is to a certain extent a relatively low tolerance value, that is, low doses may cause harm to the human body. New Taipei City is a large city with the largest population in Taiwan. If a toxic chemical accident occurs in a densely populated area, it may cause extremely serious disasters and casualties. This research is based on the simulation and assessment of hazard risks at the poisoning plant (site) in Wugu District. Aiming at the types and scope of possible poisoning disasters, the ALOHA diffusion simulation system, Surfer 3D scientific mapping software, and Super GIS geographic information are used. And other systems, to simulate worst-case (wcs), analyze the potential hazards, and draw a potential poison leakage layer for each situation, which is used as a reference for evacuation and evacuation operations during a disaster Scenario simulations and results are mainly to provide a reference for the deployment and evacuation of disaster relief personnel in the event of a disaster, and hope to minimize the disaster to achieve effective disaster preventionĄC |
