Abstract | The progress of software evolution is continued everyday, the use of Building Information Modeling is widely applied by the construction industry; BIMˇ¦s 3D visualization function lowers the possibility of causing the conflicts between different systems of the electrical and plumbing, the structure and the building, and finally saving the cost and enhancing the quality of construction. Moreover, through the colorful 3D visualization the clients could easily explain their needs and intuitively communicate with us, and the result is reducing the frequency of modifying. The practical application and operation procedure of BIM at ICT (Information and Communications Technology) could be learned by the research of implementing BIM at the design stage of ICT. In addition, each deviceˇ¦s elevation could be easily set according to regulation through the aid of BIM, and hence to cut down the discussion and working times by lifting the efficiency of implementation. The object of this research is to dissect and investigate BIMˇ¦s perform process at design stage after importing ICT. Through the interview to discuss with experts who are from different fields and understand their perspectives and advice. The result of this research is to the industry people for reference that could help them to enhance their efficiency by the aid of BIM. |
