Abstract | Along with the technical invention and the unceasing progress, nowadays disappeared the drowning rescue work already to break through the early obsolete way, instead of the new technical product to assist. The drowning rescue work have recently emphasized the importance of prevention, seeking to reduce disaster occurrence and prevent injuries, deaths, and property loss. This study explored the knowledge and the complexity, the risk ,and the deliberate rescue work . in the boundless sea or in the river, We maybe missed judgment on look-like simple environment to seek, and the drowning rescue was purely under the high risks. Therefore often must invest large quantities of manpower diving personnel, also increases dives the personnel senseless risk. This research institute uses the research tool is drowned the search and rescue case for the New Taipei City fire department to make the analysis conformity. The discuss the side to sweep the type sound navigation and ranging to lack the advantages superiorly by each case rescue process and the environment condition difference, and carry on the questionnaire survey. we hope the search can provid the drowning rescue would be possible faster, safe, and more effectively in the future. |
