Title | The Influence of Painting Colors on Rate-of-rise-thermal Detector | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | In order to understand that Rate-of-rise-thermal detector of automatic fire alarm equipment will be influenced with paint .The aim of this study is to compare differences between those painted and those not painted Rate-of-rise-thermal detector. After painted 5 different colors (black, white, red, green, and blue) on separate differential detectors, the author used different methods including hot water, heating tester, and halogen heater to heat the differential detector, and recorded alarm clocks for analysis and comparison. According to our research result, we found that black paint would accelerate the action alert,on the contrary, white paint would decelerate the action alert. The remaining paint at different heating source,the results vary,but compared to not painted Rate-of-rise-thermal detector are affected. If to keep the function of Rate-of-rise-thermal detector, the best way is to avoid the use of paint applicator. |
