| Abstract | Since National Freeway No. 5, Hsuehshan Tunnel has been opened in 2006, the number of the tourists around the world has soared from the origin of two million and seven hundred ninety thousand to six million and ninety three thousand in 2015. The growth rate was up to 148%. And emergency medical service also increased a lot correspondingly, from fourteen thousand and six hundred eight in 2006 to twenty-three thousand and four hundred forty-five in 2015. Especially LuoDong and Yilan Fire Brigade which are in the urban areas, their ambulance attendance times reach 380 per month average. In this case, improving service quality and professional skills is very important to those firefighters who provide emergency medical service every day. In order to establish the professional impression of the fire department, the paper discussed how Yilan County Fire Department adapts the number of emergency medical service increasing year by year and keeps the quality of emergency first aid treatment. The results showed that the establishment of a dedicated Emergency Medical Service team, the Emergency Medical Service dispatch to strengthen the ability of the online guide and strengthen first aid ability of volunteer Firefighters will be able to effectively improve the quality of pre-hospital care, and peace of mind so that Yilan County became home Broadwood counties. |
