Abstract | The national military production factories engage in research and development, production, manufacturing, and maintenance of conventional weapons, equipment, and general military products. They are an essential part of enhancing the basic combat capabilities of the national military. With the rapid development of society and changes in the industrial environment, as the global focus on security and safety continues to rise, the results of safety and health education and training have become one of the important factors for the survival and development of enterprises. This study investigates the relationship between safety and health education and training and job satisfaction among personnel in the national military production units. The research methodology adopts a "purposeful questionnaire survey" approach, focusing on personnel from a production unit in the northern region of the national military. Descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, independent sample t-test, and one-way ANOVA are conducted using the Chinese version of SPSS for data analysis. The conclusions drawn from the study are as follows: 1.Different personal background variables have some significant differences in the aspects of safety and health education and training, except for gender variables, there is no significant difference, but in marital status, age, education level, working years, monthly income, position, There are significant differences in occupational category and other variables. 2.Different personal background variables have some significant differences in the various dimensions of job satisfaction. 3.The overall safety and health education and training aspect has a positive impact on the overall job satisfaction aspect. The regression coefficient in the aspect of "overall safety and health education and training" is (£]=0.737), which shows that it strongly affects the overall job satisfaction. In addition, the regression coefficient of the professional skill aspect of safety and health education and training (£]=0.421) also strongly affects job satisfaction. |
