Abstract | In recent years, due to the impact of climate change, the water sources that have long depended on rivers and streams are gradually insufficient. The water sources are unstable and susceptible to natural disasters and human activity (agriculture and animal husbandry development, land development and utilization, waste pollution, wastewater discharge ... etc.) Environmentalhygiene concerns such as excessive E. coli in the water source are highlighting the public ¡¦s increasing concern about whether the source of drinking water needed for life support is affected. New Taipei City has a vast territory and is surrounded by mountains. According to the statistics of the Water Resources Bureau of the New Taipei City Government, the penetration rate of tap water is about 97.8%. The land is too scattered (sporadic water users), which makes it difficult to lay water pipes, and the water supply system has not arrived, so that people need to use springs, groundwater, streams, or well water in their lives. How to obtain safe and stable water sources is a matter for government units. think about the subject. The people's dependence on tap water is increasing day by day, and the quality requirements for water quality are also increasing. Today we live in the current metropolitan area. The urban tap water supply network is closely distributed. Once the faucet is turned on, clean tap water can be used. The convenience is indescribable; however The public does not understand the lack of water resources, the stability of the water supply of the water source, the water purification of the waterworks, and the water distribution methods. Therefore, it is difficult to tolerate the temporary water shortage. Naturally, it is still generally insensitive for the government to issue water shortage information to emphasize that water resources should be properly managed and utilized. To reduce waste of water resources, multi-pronged approaches are adopted to increase the effectiveness of water resources through expansion of water storage systems, maintenance of water supply network equipment, promotion of environmental education, and recycling of water resources. For utilization rate, everyone should cherish this hard-won water resource. This paper selects New Taipei City as an example of the safety management of drinking water by the people who supply tap water. It adopts literature and sampling data to analyze and develop the current management strategy for drinking water quality and safety. It can also be used as a reference for the management of the competent authority to ensure Drinking water is safe. |
