Abstract | Abstract The growth of accelerated aging family, less of the child, and social population structure changes that lead the elderly home care problems. The increase in the demand for foreign care workers, employers to select the appropriate foreign care workers is not easy, it is worth further explore its influencing factors. In this study, exploratory research method was used to deep interview. The study found that the personality traits, cross-culture ,serviceskill are significantly related to the appropriate foreign care workers. Finally, employers or intermediaries can refer to this study, in the selection of appropriate foreign care workers, people can have some considerations.
