Abstract |
Taiwan's distribution industry has become an important industry in support of society in Taiwan as the manufacturing industry moves westward or southward. The proportion of GDP has also increased. However, the management of traditional distribution channels has not improved significantly. Especially in the explosion era of IT technology, how to make good use of innovative technologies and technologies to reduce operating costs has become the company's most important means of transformation. There are many methods for assessing performance. This paper proposes an analysis method for personnel performance of distribution channels based on the flow management model, and considers how the actual performance and contribution of the personnel can be clearly analyzed in the increasingly competitive market under the constraints of the operating costs of the channel providers. To illustrate this method, a numerical example is also presented here to detail how to apply this method. |
