Abstract | In recent years, the education reform policy has kept pace with the times and has continued to innovate. Since the students are in the information explosion era, the tutor's teaching style, students' self-learning attitude and interpersonal interactions between peers may affect students' learning performance and educational well-being. This research has two main purposes. First, to understand whether the students with different background have different cognitions among .homeroom teacher's leadership style・, .students' learning attitude・ and .educational well-being・. Secondly, to explore whether the concepts exist significant relevance among .homeroom teacher's leadership style・, .students' learning attitude・ and .educational well-being・. The subjects were middle school students from the seventh to the ninth grades of the public school in New Taipei City. The questionnaires were used to facilitate the sampling. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM), T-test and single factor analysis. After the method was analyzed and processed, the following conclusions were reached: 1. Boys have a higher sense of physical and mental health in the sense of happiness in education. 2. Seventh grade students have a higher awareness of the mentor leadership style. 3. Seventh grade students have higher performance in student learning attitudes. 4. Students with a class size of 10 to 19 students have a higher awareness of the mentor leadership style. 5. The total number of students in the school with less than 12 classes is higher in the leadership style, student learning attitude, and educational well-being. 6. The tutor's teaching subjects are different, and the students have different facial expressions in the leadership style and educational happiness. 7. The students who have led the class for only two years or more have higher performance in job advocacy, and the performance of the other facets is higher than that of students who have less than one year. |
