Abstract |
Taiwanˇ¦s textiles used to be a major export product of Taiwan. For Taiwan, it is one of the important traditional industries. In response to the fierce global competition, how to enhance the competitiveness of traditional industries is an important direction for Taiwan at present. Especially in the era of advancement in information technology, how to make good use of innovative technologies to reduce operating costs is the most important transformation method for traditional industries. This paper proposes a new textile industry process performance analysis method based on network reliability. It provides a clear analysis of the actual performance and operation of the process for a high operating cost environment as a basis and reference for improvement. To facilitate the description of this method, this study also proposes an enterprise example detailing how to apply this method. |
