| Abstract | ¡@¡@Lack of quantitative methodology, objective evaluation tool and prejudgment of decision makers are the common issues when evaluating the performance of an ERPS. Some solutions have been proposed to deal with the various issues of performance evaluation, but most of them are aimed to improve some specific situations only. As a result, the effectiveness and applications of performance evaluations on various industries did not go well in the past. ¡@¡@The purpose of this study is to implement the performance evaluation through Chen and Lin's (2009) flow network model together with the fuzzy mathematics. The decision makers of enterprises can use this program developed by this thesis, which is based on Java language together with their actual data to generate the recommendations. It is believed the recommendations through this system can predict the effectiveness of proposed processes and also understand if the resources required are in an acceptable level. The contribution of this study is to prove that the evaluation model proposed by Chen and Lin is applicable in real cases. |
