  • Abstract Advances in medical technology and information delivery methods have further contributed to the establishment of the Mobile EMS Room, thereby allowing patients who meet the four major time-critical emergencies to receive more complete medical and medical resources most efficiently. For cardiovascular-related emergencies, these have been the top ten causes of death among Taiwanese for many years, and psychogenic chest pain is also the top cause of death. However, if at the same time, emergency rescue is performed at the scene by an ambulance technician and hospital-side information transmission is relied on Mobile EMS Room, it can improve the quality of emergency care and accelerate the preparation of hospital-side treatment, thereby reducing the patient's physical harm, meanwhile increasing the chance of a good prognosis for the patient.
This research theme is dedicated to the investigation of cases related to the rescue of suspected psychogenic chest pain, and to further explore the cases of rescue conducted by the 5th Brigade of New Taipei City in 2017 and 2018. In the study, the ratio of intermediate and senior ambulance technicians' attendance and the ratio of on-site ambulance treatment have been analyzed. In addition, whether there is a difference between the execution rate of the dispatched Mobile EMS Room attendance and the non-dispatched Mobile EMS Room attendance and the time taken to perform the treatment of psychogenic chest pain, the differences are further discussed, and the improvement methods are proposed after this study. The results of education and training were conducted through the Shulin Branch Emergency medical technicians¢º to analyze the effectiveness, and combined with the results to conduct interviews with experts. It hopes to promote ambulance technicians to provide the public with more appropriate emergency ambulance resources when carrying out non-traumatic chest pain ambulance cases, thus enhancing the chances of patients having good prognosis.
