Abstract | Study on Leader's Professional Ability and Service Quality Affecting Customers' Willingness to Join the Tour Take the mainland area as an example Student”GLee , Pei -Yu Advisors”GProf. Chen , Yan-Chun Institute of Industrial Management Tungnan University Abstract With the improvement of modern tourist education and the vigorous development of tourism information ,whether the professional ability and service quality of the leader will affect the customer's willingness to participate in group tourism are that this research paper wants to discuss and understand. In this study, 411 questionnaires were recovered, 408 valid questionnaires and 3 invalid questionnaires. According to the analysis results of the collected questionnaires, the analysis results of each facet questionnaire have a total of 24 questions in the three facets of professional ability, service quality, and willingness to join the group. The level is high. The analysis results show that when the team leader's professional ability and service quality are different, it will affect their willingness to participate in team travel. Especially when the age, marital status and working experience are different, there will be significant differences. But there is no significant difference in gender, education level and salary and remuneration. Although Taiwan selected the team leader as a national exam in 2003,there is no specific analysis of the mainland line team leader ”¦s professional bility and service quality related to the customer ”¦s willingness to join the group. Therefore, the discussion of this study is hoped to be one of the travel agents ”¦hire of team leaders Based on consideration and the direction of the eader'sself-improvement. |
