The research is main hydromechanics of positive pressure to taking the substrate, and rigid panel for future ultralight panel to experiment. This experiment principle is by way of air compressor to provide gas source and convey to regulator gauges and flow meters to control. The size of the test substrate the research were 15-inche, 10-inche, 7-inche, 5-inche and the thickness be 1, 2, 3, 4 sheets as an experimental test of the material, the parameters used in experiments were flow rate Q at 45, 50, 55, 60, 70 NL/min. The results of this experiment can be learned, flow rate Q at 60~70 NL/min flow rate generated can easily be smaller board size and thickness easily taking, and for five-inch 7-inch substrate and the substrate is regarded as the best parameter has to flow rate Q at 55 NL/min flow rate of the size it was clear that the following items can not take. Finally, after endless experiments and efforts, completed two directions simultaneously, and can take the best parameters substrate flow rate Q at 55~70 NL/min 1 tab size 7-inch and 5-inch substrates. |
