Abstract |
This research is focus on adding fiberglass in engineering plastics such as nylons molding. It applies different heating control methods to output an efficiency analysis data to investigate. This research method consists of two sorts of engineering plastics. One is to add 15% of fiberglass (PA66+GF15ˇ^ to nylons, the other is to add 33% of fiberglass (PA66+GF33ˇ^ to nylons. There are two different methods of molding temperature control such as oil heating temperature control and electromagnetics induction heating temperature control to have the benefit analysis of injection molding. The molding temperature control is to use different heating temperature control system on the fixed side of the mold which is to analyze the plastics foaming process of temperature deviation after finishing. It could judge the glossy rate of finishing productˇ¦s appearance. The test data show that the electromagnets temperature induction control is faster than the oil heating temperature control. It also means the finishing productˇ¦s appearance is better through the electromagnets temperature induction control. Also, in the finishing productˇ¦s glossy rate, the electromagnets temperature induction control is higher than the oil heating temperature control. Eventually, the construction cost of both temperature control system is closed to each other. Heating oil temperature control system could recycle use at different mold, but electromagnets temperature control system could only be applied on single mold. |
