  • Abstract This study is aimed at the key factors that affect the safety management of fire safety equipment. The safety inspection of the fire safety equipment is due to the failure of inspection. If the fire can not move normally, it will cause death and property damage.
In this paper, we summarize and analyze the relevant literatures and domestic and foreign literatures, and summarize the 54 impact assessment factors under four facets and their facets. The results are analyzed by AHP.
    1. "fire fighting equipment", "alarm and broadcasting equipment", "evacuation and marking equipment", "fire rescue necessary equipment" and other four facets, "alarm and broadcasting equipment" as the most important facets. In the case of a comprehensive analysis, the most important factor in the use of automatic fire alarm equipment in "Alert and Broadcasting Equipment" is the most important factor in the "Escape Escape and Marking Equipment" with emergency lighting; the "automatic fire extinguishing equipment" The most important factor; "fire rescue necessary equipment" in the staircase smoke equipment as the most important factor.
    2. Impact Building Fire Safety Equipment Completion Check the weight of the common missing factors and rank the top 16 accounted for more than 50% of the overall weight.
    3. The combination of "alarm and broadcasting equipment" and "evacuation and marking equipment" accounts for about six percent of the overall level of weighting. Reducing the probability of occurrence of these two assessment deficiencies can effectively ensure the fire safety of buildings.
