Abstract |
In this paper, the concrete structures for the study, designs a ¡§Development a Concrete Structure Abnormal Detection System with Remote Monitoring Mode¡¨. The system is divided into three parts, percussion instrument, motor control circuits, and signal transmission processing. Non-destructive adjustable automation percussion instrument to replace traditional manual steel mallet hammer is applied in the percussion instrument. In motor control circuits unit, Arduino is used to drive motor rotation, and then push the gear drive impact bar. Unlike the traditional complex capture device, a wireless microphone receives reflected wave sound after percussion instrument working, and transmission to the sound card that is built in the computer. Finally, an abnormal detection of concrete structure is analyzed and determined by the frequency spectrum of reflected wave sound with LabVIEW software. This study can improve the traditional detection methods and protect the safety of inspector. |
