  • Abstract In this study, the building information modeling (BIM) used in sports
    center project. Unlike the general construction, it needs to consider
    stadium illumination, height, air conditioning, special wood flooring and ot
    her needs. Conflict problems can¡¦t be changed by adjust the ceiling
    height or decoration materials processing. Due to a lot of electrical
    equipments, such as the swimming pool room with a filter, heating,dosing,
    circulation, monitoring equipment,and central air conditioning, heat
    recovery systems, and so on, which equipments and pipelines have the
    conflict withspace and construction This study suggests that the sports
    center need BIM to simulate the conflict problems and transportation
    procedures, moreover, BIM can usecost-benefit analysis of sports center
    project.
    BIM is not only in the design and construction applications, can also
    combine vendor maintenance and management operation, and further
    feedback design, which provides for the management of the entire
    building project lifecycle.
