Abstract	In order to get patent rights，this study discusses some certain strategy from long-term maintenance experience of automobiles。 The efforts from this study present the fact that getting a normal type of patent is quite possible through numerous parts of automobiles on which are worn or damaged。 Moreover，this study have got three articles of normal type of patents from Taiwan Intelligence Property Bureau within two years by using some certain strategy。
