| Abstract |
Green hotel has become a trend recently in Taiwan, but it depends on consumers¡¦ support. This study aims to explore the influencing factors on consumers¡¦ green hotel choice. Accordingly, consumers¡¦ environmental behavior and environmental attitude were examined; and the intervening effect of environmental behavior was tested. Through convenience sampling, 273 valid responses were collected and we use the SPSS statistical program as a tool for data analyze. The results of this study show that environmental behavior and attitude are the main causes when people choose green hotels as for their preference, and environmental behavior plays a partial mediating role between environmental attitude and green hotel choice. It is suggested green hotel visit intention would benefit from the business and educational system in promoting consumers¡¦ knowledge and understanding on green hotel. |
