| Abstract | When there is a large number of initial injury accidents (MCI), the site may face medical personnel, ambulances (equipment and equipment) and other medical resources are seriously lacking, the external contact roads are blocked and the ambulances have insufficient roads. Therefore, if the injured patients who can effectively identify the fatal risk are given priority to the doctor, they will determine the influence of their prognosis. In Taiwan, there are accidents of different sizes every year. A large number of accidents (MCI) are the most important public health issues in recent years. The Die Lian Hua car accident, the Eight Immortals dust, the Magong air disaster, the Kaohsiung gas explosion and the Taipei renaissance air crash, these serious accidents caused a large number of casualties. Therefore, in the treatment of a large number of injured patients, the most important thing is the rescue time, task division, planning and control. In recent years, a large number of injured patients with a big accident in the Die Lian Hua accident have been most valued. This study will take the case of a large number of injured patients with a butterfly accident in a car accident, and through research, a scene of a large number of injured patients can be found. Three important systems of command, injury, and evacuation can work together to achieve maximum utility. Therefore, through effective command management, applicable classification of injuries, and detailed post-delivery plans, a large number of injured patients can be made more Results. In addition, regular rescue drills for a large number of patients, case studies, and expert discussion recommendations can maximize the effectiveness of a large number of injury mechanisms to minimize human and property damage. Through a large number of wounded patient drills of different natures, the ambulance personnel can actually exercise various situations, so that the disaster relief ambulance personnel can understand the unpredictable situations that should be paid attention to when a major accident occurs, so that the situation can be more effectively responded to in the future.
