Keyword | |||
Abstract | While there is occurrence of various disasters, firefighters always rush to the scene for time saving. However, there are often many variety of uncertain dangerous factors, which impact the firefightersˇ¦ safety. The firefightersˇ¦ safety, who face the dangerous directly as front line, is extremely important. If the front-line firefighters are not safe, the community would be not able to withstand strong protection of fire accident, and their life and property security would be not fully protected. Itˇ¦s obviously that the topic about the safety of firefighters is extremely important. Hence, I launch this study, and to propose methodology to mitigate the issue. The data collection and research methods are divided into several parts (a) RCA: collect relevant information, and to draw up a specific questionnaire. (b) Survey by the questionnaire: the questionnaires were distributed and filled out by the district unit colleagues, and then to understand the root causes of the problem after analysis. (c) The solution: to find a solution to solve the root causes for the issue as below. After the analysis process, the root causes are both lack of professional fire knowledge and safety know-how experience inheritance. Hence, the proposed methods to mitigate the issues are to launch in-service education training, and to do review, discussion, case study, and regular review meeting on job training course. |
