| Abstract |
This study aims to explore the interactive impact of employee traits and supervisor leadership styles on enterprise process performance and construct an integrated analytical model. Different employee personalities (e.g., meticulous vs. careless) and supervisor styles (e.g., strict vs. relaxed) can have varying impacts on process efficiency, cross-departmental collaboration, and problem-solving. Based on the precise nature of process reliability theory, this study proposes an objective and consistent assessment method for industry reference. A numerical case study illustrates the application of this method. |
