| Abstract | This study finds public safety inspection visa results for buildings over the years, the result of the test was unqualified and no improvement was performed. Building authorities do not strictly enforce relevant laws, in order to carry out improvement works, need Homeowner meeting decision can proceed. This study found in the inspection results, the missing items that need improvement, safety ladders, fireproof doors and windows, interior materials and straight stairs. Unqualified items are emergency generator and lightning rod equipment. Also found inspection criteria do not have the same status. This research proposal, for building authorities, education for the people, strict implementation of relevant laws and Coaching cases improve. Advice for examiners, take professional courses on time. For apartment building managers, regularly participate in relevant training, actively maintain the equipment, education for occupants |
