Abstract	This study focuses on emphasis is data-base of application, study orientation be part of data-base design, in Public-TV of example. Application Data Mining method to research Public-TV of data, use Decision Tree theory be analysis. In this study of an emphasis step, Data Normalization, ID3, PRISM, the emphasis lies in process. The study results have two: (1).according to ID3 result Public TV of data Significant Touching proportion. (2).according to PRISM result Discovery Public TV of data gain Possibility in touching and Satisfaction. The result of the study showed that, this is a theory-based use data and data of Relevance research. By database technology produce Data classification methods, Be data and attribute is of Explore.
