Abstract |
The popularity of electric vehicles is an inevitable trend. With the expansion of electric vehicles, the installation of charging piles is necessary infrastructure. At present, in order to quickly enter the market for many charging pile production lines, many companies still maintain the need for manpower to transport materials, semi-finished products, and finished products, and move between workstations and warehouses. Therefore, the production speed will be affected by the uncertainty of manpower. There are not many discussions in the literature on this aspect. This paper uses the theoretical basis of precise enterprise management to propose a charging pile production line production performance evaluation method that can consider manpower uncertainties and how the assessment is calculated. This article gives a numerical example to illustrate how to use this method and provide reference for the business community. |
