  • Abstract The e-commerce market has become an important source of supplies for modern peopleˇ¦s lives. Compared with the traditional sales market, the e-commerce market has its unique advantages and conveniences, which has even caused some large traditional sales markets to be forced to transform or join the e-commerce sales market due to reduced competitiveness. However, the e-commerce market relies heavily on the support of logistics operators, so the decline in consumer satisfaction caused by logistics delays is an issue worthy of attention. This article proposes a new analysis and evaluation method that can analyze e-commerce sales power based on logistics delay factors and provide operators with a reference for logistics planning. The article also gives a case study to illustrate how to analyze and apply this kind of logistics delay.
