| Abstract |
The establishment of shipment goals for product sales can be divided into two aspects: the market aspect and the enterprise aspect. The establishment of product sales shipment targets in the market is mainly based on the market sale cycle and market surveys to predict the number of product sales. On the other hand, the corporate factor is due to internal shipment process issues, which limits the flow of processing product sales, which may cause shipments to be in short supply or oversupply. Because sales forecasting has already been discussed in a lot of literature, on the contrary, there are very limited literature discussions on the method of setting shipment goals for the companyˇ¦s product sales process. Objectively formulating product shipment goals and quantities, and evaluate the probability of achieving the shipment goals is important. This article also gives a numerical example to illustrate how to use this method for reference by the business community. |
