Abstract |
The study has elucidated relations of information asymmetry, involvement, and satisfaction to healthy and functional foods for aged consumers. In exploratory research methods, data acquisition through questionnaires and fieldwork processes to find relationship of each path analysis between variables. Through the analysis, that shows women, pay attention to their own health, movement, and non-smoker are relatively better level of demand for health food in the elderly population. The scores of three dimensions are mainly influenced more by personal factors. The information asymmetry and involvement are less influenced by their own satisfaction. Through various path analyses, the results show the personal factors are the highest level influence for satisfaction. |
