Abstract | Taiwan¡¦s land belongs to private real estate and has the irreplaceable location advantage. The researcher has 10 years of practical experience in real estate, and has realized that it is feasible for the young people buy a house with the buy-to-let approach. The young people should consider the investment model of 20-year buy-to-let and debt financing. They would eventually own a house by making good use of the advantage of time and utilize the characteristic of having the time. Although the house is owned 20 years later, many young people can finally become homeowners. According to the researches, the investment in real estate has 8 advantages such as rental income, appreciation of location, low-interest borrowings, security setting, etc. If the 8 advantages of the real estate can be used well to cover the family¡¦s basic life expenses and the pension costs in people¡¦s old age, the life will become easier. Besides, if the special attention is paid to tenant¡¦s demands to transform their demands into the essential condition to buy a house, the future profitability of this house will be breathtaking in the future. At the same time, the renovation and redecoration of the used houses can not only reduce the vacancy rate and increase the rent but also help the house keep in good state smoothly. The 4 practical cases of buy-to-let have demonstrated the feasibility of the theme of this paper. As the saying goes, the fruits gained in your old age are resulted from what you have planted during your adolescence. It is suitable to apply this statement to this study. The buy-to-rent is a long-term investment and financing method. If people buy the house to rent earlier in their youth, they will own the house gains much earlier. Those who retire in advance hope to use the land to build their own castle, which is enviable. |
