Abstract | In this paper, the semi-mandatory two-stage door anti-collision technology patent analysis as the main research objectives to prevent collisions with other vehicles, effectively reduce the incidence of car accidents. This patent analysis is taken by patent search, patent maps and patent cases of the analysis. All of the characteristics are organized by analysis, comparison, as a result of the first search and research related to the patent in order to select the main keywords. The collection of relevant information must be sorted and compared; including the patent application date, date of publication, patent name, the applicant, and the patent case classification of the main technology, efficacy, IPC in order to avoid missing results related to the patent case in order to organize the data for the data analysis. The analysis of the data can be compared with the development trend of each year and the evolution of technology, to improve the design of the new anti-collision technology. Implemented by the patent feasibility assessment to identify the appropriate improvement and design concepts, to be able to file a patent application in the future. |
