Abstract |
The growth of accelerated aging family, less of the child, and social population structure changes that lead the elderly home care problems. The increase in the demand for foreign care workers, employers to select the appropriate foreign care workers is not easy, it is worth further explore its influencing factors. In this study, exploratory research method was used to carry out questionnaire survey, and then SPSS 22 statistical software was used to perform descriptive statistics, independent t-test, ANOVA and correlation analysis, and the linear regression standardized coefficient (£]) relationship. The study found that the elderly family group of employers, men than women, middle-age and older adults. Moreover, the selection indicators are significantly related to the multicultural ability, and the personality traits are significantly related to the multicultural ability, in terms of the relationship between the personality traits, the multicultural competence and the selection indicators on the appropriate foreign care workers. Finally, employers or intermediaries can refer to this study, in the selection of appropriate foreign care workers, people can have some considerations. |
