Abstract |
The work of designers is usually carried out independently, and in the same ordering system, there may be several designers who take orders together and carry out the work of design contracting coordinately. Due to the different design styles of each designer, it is difficult to compare the pros and cons, so it is not easy to be fair in the design of remuneration. There are not many discussions on this aspect in the literature. This paper attempts to propose a data based method of bonus distribution for designers, hoping to be fair and objective. This paper also provides a numerical example to illustrate how to use this method to provide the business community as a reference example. |
