The manufacturing of medical information equipment requires a certain amount of manpower in the manufacturing process, but in recent years, low birth rate has become increasingly serious, coupled with the government's labor policy: a case of a break, and the Sino-US trade war in July 2018, which made the industry undoubtedly worse. In the face of the problem of labor shortage and a small variety of production and manufacturing models, this study will use the case "field visit" to understand the pre-production status of the manufacturer, and then analyze the problems arising from the case and the theory of production operation management. Use the QC7 big method to find out the biggest problem, and implement the transformation of its production process. Also, according to the company's process improvement, various indicators, such as production capacity, production efficiency, production pass-through rate, etc. Measure the improved results and finally derive the research conclusions and recommendations. |
