  • Abstract This research mainly discusses the research on the management system of professional women's basketball team. Taking the Bayi women's basketball team as a case, the research and analysis of case interviews are used to analyze the correlation between the dimensions.
The Bayi women's basketball team is a traditional strong team. The players have a high sense of honor, a sense of mission, and a high mental toughness. They have achieved excellent results in the past seasons. In the national league held in China, the championship has been won in four seasons in five seasons. But with the establishment of the Women's Chinese Basketball Association (WCBA) in 2002, it is the highest-level professional women's basketball league, and after the 2014-2015 season of the merger of the Chinese Women's First and Second Divisions, the women's basketball league The team recruited high-level foreign aid from various countries and the team's reserve talent training model was not perfect, as well as the team's own institutional reasons, which led to the decline of the Bayi team.
According to the results of the research and analysis, the Bayi women's basketball team has a very good reputation. However, in terms of professional basketball team salaries, since the Bayi Women's Basketball Team entered the Chinese Women's Basketball League competition system, the salary payment is lower than that of other teams. Therefore, it is impossible to have better players join the team, and the overall situation is unfavorable, such as players may have insufficient motivation, and the training model of reserve talents is not perfect. In addition, the training is very rigorous, but there is no more scientific training. Many players have injuries that are not properly cared for or recovered from, preventing them from performing at their best in the game. The team still needs to adopt scientific training, improve team management, and provide incentives for favorable welfare and salary, so that the team can play its best state and achieve good results. According to the results of research and analysis, the successful experience and deficiencies of the Bayi women's basketball team are summarized, and some references are provided for the management and development of other teams.
