Title	Based on Crowdsourcing Concept Exploring the Management Model in Enterprise

Abstract	The operations of crowdsourcing are based on the referencing and summary of crowdsourcing studies. According to the cases collection, study, comparison and conclusion, companies and organizations developing strategies for their business with the power of crowdsourcing. In this study, the definition of crowdsourcing is given by reviewing concepts, theories, and related articles in the first step. In the next step, several real cases with crowdsourcing concept are described and analyzed. Finally, four operational modes are proposed by the process which was discussed above. These four modes are listed as followed: 1. Meta-Analysis Mode: This mode is based on the preference and people’s sense of liking or disliking. The concluding results are coming from people’s choices and decisions after collecting, analyzing and gathering statistics. 2. Shared Mode: This mode always occurs in the integration of public resources, and provides people various needs. 3. Coopetition Mode: This mode happens between individuals or groups, the competition and collaboration to complete tasks in limitation time. This mode helps people achieving the goal with efficiency. 4. Automation Mode: When people involving tasks consistently, people interacting with system continually and automatically. This mode provides the minimum amount of effort with others and the maximum amount of service. For these operation modes for enterprises. In the use of Meta-Analysis Mode, enterprise can quickly and fully evaluate the business results. The Shared Mode helps enterprises to integrated with external resources effectively. Using of Coopetition Mode provides enterprises the fastest and best solutions. The use of Automatic Mode provides enterprises a complete automation services.
