Abstract | In recent years, the hairdressing industry has been increasing and expanding, how to make customers like and retain customers. Customers are paying more and more attention to their appearance, and are willing to invest in their own beauty industry, with the advancement of the times, technology is no longer the most concerned by consumers, consumers pay more attention to location, distance, on-site environment, service attitude and products, etc. The objective of this study is to explore whether consumers' service quality and consumer mentality towards the hairdressing industry can meet consumer needs. The study collected 343 copies by questionnaire survey, and SPSS was used as a statistical analysis tool, descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and independent sample testing. The results of this study show that the environment, price, technology and other factors of the hairdressing industry have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. 1) Environmental factors have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. 2) Price factors have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. 3) Technical factors have a significant impact on customer satisfaction. |
