Title | The Adjustable Based on Non-Destructive Concrete Structure Anomaly Detection System | ||
Keyword | |||
Abstract | Abstract The purpose of this paper develops an automatic percussion test system with adjustable and fast signal processing capability; it can also apply in analysis of abnormal concrete structure. This echo signal is obtained by periodic capture, and then transferred to the computer to perform signal processing and analysis. Therefore, this system is divided into three parts, namely, percussion instruments unit, motor control circuits unit and signal processing unit, respectively. In percussion instruments unit, it uses a non-destructive way to replace the traditional manual steel hammer. In motor control circuits unit, a single chip uses to drive motor rotation, and then push the gear drive impact bar. Finally, unlike the traditional way of using complex capture device, we use the sound card that is built on the computer convert the reflected wave to form a sound file in the signal processing unit. Then, using the Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) do the analysis of the energyˇ¦s spectrum by the LabVIEW software. This study also can be applied to natural disaster warning system to achieve the goal of long-distance monitoring. |
