  • Abstract Recently, Taiwan has become a popular travel destination for Vietnamese tourists due to reasonable travel costs and its proximity to Vietnam. Taiwanˇ¦s food culture, which blends various influences, is especially famous for its night market snacks.
       The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between service quality, satisfaction, willingness to spend, and the intention to revisit among Vietnamese tourists visiting Taiwan for leisure. The research participants were Vietnamese tourists, with a total of 500 questionnaires distributed and all 500 valid questionnaires returned. After collecting the data, SPSS 20 software was used to perform reliability analysis, descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, mean and standard deviation analysis, T-tests, ANOVA, post-hoc tests, and regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows:
    1. Service quality has a significant impact on customer satisfaction.
    2. Service quality has a significant impact on the intention to revisit.
    3. Service quality has a significant impact on willingness to spend.
    4. Customer satisfaction has a significant impact on the intention to revisit.
    5. Whether willingness to spend significantly impacts the intention to revisit.
