Abstract | In recent years, various natural disasters, man-made disasters and public security incidents in Taiwan (such as the Taipei Provincial Hospital, the Xinying Hospital fire, the Tainan Victoria Crown Building collapse, the Taoyuan Airport Gong'an accident), etc., the casualties and property losses of the personnel are quite serious. In addition to the inability to resist natural disasters, more are caused by building risk factors and human-induced negligence. Government agencies have also established relevant laws and regulations to ensure the safety of life and property, such as the Building Law (Building Public Safety Inspection Report) and the Fire Protection Law ( Fire safety equipment maintenance report), etc., but the loss continues to occur, how to make the loss or casualties have been filled for the purpose of this paper. Product insurance, also known as property insurance, is insurance for various assets and related interests. Product insurance is a socialized economic compensation system. Its main purpose is to compensate the economic losses of the insured or the insured. The insurance products introduced by the domestic insurance companies are mostly translated from foreign insurance products and can be devoted to construction. The development and design of physical safety and property insurance products are still rare. This study is intended to establish a guarantee that is more of a building safety insurance type, so that after the damage to the property occurs, the loss is filled. |
