Abstract | Taiwan is the island-type terrain, where abundant water source in has streams throughout individually. People often take a variety of recreational activities in sea and rivers. Da Bao Creek is located in Sanxia District, New Taipei City, where is the most popular and famous spot in northen Taiwan. In recent years, through the implementation of government and voluntary groups to prevent drowning. The safety of river gets very significant results. There only one person got drowned in nearly 4 years. It means that the result of preventing drowning is very significantly. The procedure of research paper is throughout real cases of related duties to prevent drowning, discussing policy , legal and other aspects of executes. The research subjects are based on the first line of actual duty person, planning group, people, issuing questionnaires interview. Focus on basic common sense and concept of drowning, education advocacy, resident safety and distribution of responsible duty. To collect all participants in the survey to perform the prevention of drowning and analyze the result. Discovered that the law of river-drowning prevention is incomplete, peopleˇ¦s water-safe concept is inadequate, the number of duty people is less ,needed special units to prevent drowning. Hope the paper could providing improve for implementation of the recommendations may improve matters or to enhance save drowning probability,reduce drowning accidents. |
